My NBA 2K27 mod menu isn't opening and I'm trying not to immediately start changing random Windows settings.
What would you check first?
Game launches normally through Steam.
The menu just isn't showing up.
debugdunk
First check whether NBA 2K27 updated recently.
menublankOP
It did actually.
debugdunk
There you go lol. Check whether the cheat has been updated for the new game version before touching anything else.
versioncheck
Also check the provider status page. WH-Satano has NBA 2K27 listed on its current status page.

Then check you're actually using the current product version. People sometimes keep an old copy sitting in Downloads and launch that by accident.
menublankOP
That might actually be me.
cpuonly
Classic.
debugdunk
Don't feel bad. Happens constantly.
versioncheck
The product page says the software is updated as game updates are released, so check the current listing before assuming your installation is broken.
menublankOP
Okay. So I should check: game version cheat version status page then system requirements
cpuonly
Yep. And only start changing PC settings after you've ruled out the obvious stuff.
brickcity
"Disable seventeen Windows services" should never be step one.
menublankOP
lmao exactly what I was trying to avoid.
